Orders are packed Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from order date, if items are in stock.
Orders placed on the weekends and select holidays are processed the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order maybe delayed an additional 2 business days.
Orders without stock item or custom made items may take additional 7-21 business days to process and ship, depending on your item style and quantities you need.
We ship to all 50 United States and territories.
For International shipping, please provide your mailing address for accurate shipping fee for your order. Once payment is processed, your order will proceed to ship to you.
Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly offer exchange or store credit only within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
Due to the nature of our items which are not mass produced and have limited quantities for each style and are thoroughly inspected for any defects before shipment to you, we can only offer exchange or store credit at this time.
To be eligible for exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition in original packaging when you receive it, along with your proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect your returned item and notify you of the status of your exchange or store credit, so we can process the item you want to order as an exchange or a store credit to you.
Shipping fee must be covered by the customer in want of an exchange.
All custom made orders and altered orders are final sale.
